PeriCode Inside (Obsidian plugin) source is available under the MIT license. You can use it personally or commercially, modify it and share it, provided you keep the required license notices.
PeriCode SideCar is currently offered as a free public beta. Beta builds may be unsigned and change without notice. A separate commercial license may appear later; none is for sale on this site today.
The MIT-licensed software is provided without warranty. Included dependencies keep their own licenses. AI providers have their own terms, fees and usage limits.
