SideCar - Windows (free beta)
Host that profiles the live window, maps natural language to verified controls, and never writes without an exact preview and your approval. SSMS is the deeply tested first workflow.
Engine - CLI (open)
Shared agent loop, tools, and permissions. Developers can run the open CLI while we harden the Windows host in public.
Research and Agent modes
Research stays read-oriented. Agent can change files when permissions allow. MCP connections optional.
Preview before mutate
SideCar and vault edits emphasize inspectable proposals. You stay in control of writes.
Your provider, your bill
Connect Claude, ChatGPT/Codex, Copilot, Grok, or Ollama. PeriCode does not resell model tokens.

Available now: PeriCode Inside (free MIT). Beta: PeriCode SideCar (free public beta - unsigned / early). Later: optional paid SideCar only after a signed build and a trusted SSMS demo.
